Vegan & Gluten-Free Chili




Ingredients for Soup:

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 cup red salsa
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
Ingredients for Garnish (you can pick and choose from any of these tasty toppings!):
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced avocado
  • diced tomato
  • tortilla strips
  • guacamole
Directions:
  1. Place all soup ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10-15 min.
  2. Pour into bowls, add toppings, and enjoy!
