Philly Cheese Steak Eggs
Craving lunch, but it’s only breakfast time? Why not have both! These Philly Cheese Steak Eggs have all the rich flavors of a Philly sandwich while keeping it light by mixing in scrambled eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 large pieces of flank steak, cooked
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1/4 onion diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan, sautée Steak with bell pepper, onion, and butter, until the vegetables soften.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk with milk.
- Slowly incorporate the eggs to the other ingredients in the pan. Scrape the bottom of the pan occasionally to prevent the eggs from sticking or burning.
- As the eggs are cooking, add the cheese so it melts over the steak and eggs,
- Enjoy!
