Philly Cheese Steak Eggs



Craving lunch, but it’s only breakfast time? Why not have both! These Philly Cheese Steak Eggs have all the rich flavors of a Philly sandwich while keeping it light by mixing in scrambled eggs.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 large pieces of flank steak, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a pan, sautée Steak with bell pepper, onion, and butter, until the vegetables soften.
  2. Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk with milk. 
  3. Slowly incorporate the eggs to the other ingredients in the pan. Scrape the bottom of the pan occasionally to prevent the eggs from sticking or burning. 
  4. As the eggs are cooking, add the cheese so it melts over the steak and eggs, 
  5. Enjoy!
