Tropical Breakfast Smoothie
Breakfast foods can get a little boring, so it’s fun to mix it up with different flavors every once in a while. For breakfast this morning, my sis blended up an immune-boosting power smoothie filled with island flavors. It's an easy early morning fix that will keep you very satisfied.
INGREDIENTS:
- juice of 1/2 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 packet Emergen-C, citrus-flavored
- 1/2 cup mango sorbet
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth (about 3 minutes).
