Vegan Charcuterie Board


Charcuterie boards are such a classy, simple way to bring snack variation to your party. While they usually consist of various meats and cheeses, I decided to make a completely vegan board that brings together rich and varied flavors that meet most dietary preferences.

The most important thing to keep in mind is the combination of sweet and salty flavors as well as different textures that are crunchy and soft. Here are some of my favorite picks:

  • Assorted crackers (Trader Joe’s)
  • Mixed nuts
  • Fresh veggies
  • Pickles veggies (pink turnips add great flavor and color!)
  • Fruits (choose different colors and shapes)
  • Olives (Spanish olives and Kalamata olives are best)
  • Hummus
  • Bruschetta

  • Balsamic vinaigrette

  • Marmalade/ jam/ jelly
