Holy Thursday & Friday Reflections

Blessed Holy Friday. Yesterday, we commemorated Christ’s unwarranted arrest, trial, and passion. Today, we are commemorating Jesus’ death on the cross by holding His funeral service tonight.

Every year, I feel incredibly moved by the sacredness of these services on Holy Thursday and Friday.

While we celebrate the beauty and joy of the Resurrection, it’s also important to ponder the incredible Love of God as he suffered so greatly to save us.

May we be reminded of Christ’s painful passion and live according to His words so that we honor His sacrifice.
